These terms govern your use of wearvessa.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this site you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment we will refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product information

We work to describe our products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate. Where we stock another brand's product we say so in the product title, and that product arrives in that brand's own packaging and labelling.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Vessa name, logo, site design and original copy are our property. Product imagery and trade marks belonging to stocked brands remain the property of those brands.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
