How do your sizes run?
Most of the range is true to size. Every product page has a Fit note telling you how that specific piece runs and what to do if you are between sizes.
I am between sizes. What should I do?
On compressive pieces, size up if you want less compression. On relaxed pieces, size down for a closer fit. The Fit note on each product page is specific to that style.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $50 or more. Standard shipping is $8 below that. Express options, where available, appear at checkout.
How long will it take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery windows are on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you. Full detail on our Return Policy page.
Can I exchange instead?
The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Products
Why do some products have another brand's name in the title?
Because they are that brand's product. We stock a small number of pieces from other labels and sell them as themselves, in their own packaging. Anything without a brand name in the title is ours.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold with like colours. Lay flat to dry. Skip the fabric softener, it coats the knit and shortens its life.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@wearvessa.com as soon as you can. If it has not been processed yet we will do our best to catch it.
