Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates

- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, calculated before tax
- $8 standard shipping on orders under $75
- Express options, where available, are shown at checkout

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Most orders arrive 7 to 20 business days after processing. A small number of items ship from further away and can take up to 30 business days.

We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you. If you need something by a specific date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak periods can push delivery beyond the usual window.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Split shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking link, so check for more than one email.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover postage again.
